Refund Policy

Digital Products

Because our products are delivered digitally (access codes), all sales are generally final once an access code has been delivered and redeemed.

Eligible Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• Your access code was not delivered to your email.
• The code was delivered but is non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued if the access code has been successfully redeemed and content has been accessed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at support@wanderlustinnovations.com or call 229-300-3511. Please include your order email and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
